In the implementation of the modern business center The Mill from the developer Immocap, we took on the key role of guarantor of technical quality and long-term operational efficiency. Our engineering support accompanied the project from the first phases to its launch. Initially, we provided consistent professional supervision of the HVAC project documentation and subsequently we continuously checked the correctness of the implementation and assembly of all technological units on the construction site.
However, the uniqueness of our role on The Mill project is fully manifested in its operational phase. We actively participate in the setup and management of the building management system (BMS). Thanks to this, we are able to monitor, evaluate and optimize the operation of all technologies in real time. The result of this continuous engineering care is a building that promptly responds to external conditions and occupancy of the premises, thus bringing future tenants a top quality indoor environment while maintaining minimal operating costs.
