For the modern office complex Lakeside Park 02 from the portfolio of developer Immocap, we provided comprehensive engineering and consulting services focused on maximum quality of the internal environment and energy efficiency of the building. Our role in the project took place in several phases, while we performed professional author's supervision of the HVAC project documentation. With this step, we guaranteed that the proposed technologies would meet the highest standards of a modern office building.
We smoothly transferred our presence on the project to the construction site, where we carried out thorough supervision during the implementation and installation phase of the technical systems. We successfully completed the entire quality control process by performing a specialized Blower Door test directly on the building, which precisely verified and demonstrated the high airtightness of the building envelope. The investor thus gained reliable control over the entire life cycle of the implementation, which for future users means flawless functioning of the technologies, elimination of heat losses and top-notch year-round comfort.
