For another modern urban project from the portfolio of developer Immocap, namely the Pulse complex, we have developed a comprehensive energy concept. Our goal was to design technological solutions that bring maximum efficiency and perfectly connect the different demands of the administrative and residential parts within one building. The key pillar of the analysis was the search for mutual synergies directly in the building, primarily through the capture and reuse of waste heat generated during the cooling of office spaces to preheat hot water in the residential part.
We defined an optimal model of heat and cold production for the entire building and processed detailed energy models with an hourly time step, thanks to which we accurately simulated and optimized the annual consumption balance. We expanded the comprehensive assessment of the building to include an analysis of the external environment and microclimate - we developed a wind study and in selected exposed areas we implemented detailed CFD simulations for exact verification and guaranteeing top-notch thermal comfort for users. Our role on the project continues with the performance of authorial supervision over the project activity, ensuring that the proposed technically advanced solutions will be precisely transferred into reality.
