For ZSE energy services, sro as a general contractor for the Košice Self-Governing Region within the reconstruction of the SUBSIDIUM building - a specialized facility for seniors in Rožňava, we provided the role of project management. As part of the reconstruction, the original opening structures and facade cladding were dismantled, window and door assemblies were replaced, almost 5,000 m2 of waterproofing foil was installed with complete roof insulation, and walls were insulated with mineral wool in an area of ​​2,250 m2. Reconstruction of the boiler room with the installation of 2 high-efficiency boilers with an output of 62-246 kW. Installation of 40 flat solar collectors, reconstruction of three heating nodes, hydraulic regulation and thermostatization on heating elements. Installation of photovoltaic panels with an installed output of 40 kWp. The contract price for the reconstruction was 4 million euros excluding VAT. The price also includes a 15-year warranty and savings guarantee. During this period, we continuously monitor and evaluate the guaranteed savings.
