For ZSE energy services, sro as a general contractor for the Košice Self-Governing Region within the reconstruction of the IDEA Prakovce building, we performed the role of project management in the reconstruction of two buildings. As part of the reconstruction, the following was implemented: Improvement of the thermal and technical properties of the building envelope - facade insulation, replacement of opening structures, roof insulation. The heat source for heating and hot water preparation was modernized, including hydraulic regulation and thermostatization of the heating system after insulation, installation of a solar system, lightning rod and grounding system, reconstruction of the elevator for the immobile and modernization of the laundry room. The contract price for the reconstruction was 2.5 million euros excluding VAT. The price also includes a 15-year warranty and a guarantee for savings. During this period, we continuously monitor and evaluate the guaranteed savings.
