For the Bratislava Self-Governing Region, the Bratislava-Ružinov City District and the Ružinov Development Company, we prepared a conceptual analysis of the energy efficiency of a set of public buildings in the Ružová dolina zone. The subject of the solution was a comprehensive assessment of the energy efficiency of buildings, a proposal for measures to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, and a proposal for a concept for the energy connection of buildings into a single functional unit.
The study included an analysis of existing technical building systems, the possibilities of using renewable energy sources, energy communities, energy storage, energy management and water management. The outputs also included an economic and environmental evaluation of the proposed measures and the preparation of documents for obtaining financial support from EU funds.
