Several documents were prepared for ZSE, as, namely a low-carbon strategy for operational buildings and areas and an energy audit. A proposal for construction, technical or energy measures was made for each operational area. Two sets of recommended measures were compiled from the individual proposed measures: an economic set of measures with cost-effective measures with a short payback period and a second, environmental set of measures for the greatest possible reduction of operational CO2e emissions regardless of economic payback.
