The founder of SMARTES, Peter Bohuš
After graduation from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at STU, Peter absolved a six-month internship in Vienna-Aiustria and subsequently completed a study stay at the Technical University in Darmstadt, Germany, and at the Institute for Passive Houses. Profession-vise structural physicist, he holds several professional authorizations and accreditations in the field of energy efficiency and economy of buildings.
At the beginning of his professional career, he worked in a building physics office in Stockerau, Austria, which collaborated with the most important architects not only from Austria. The most important references in the field of building physics include projects such as the Klosterneuburg Cultural Center, the Shopping Center - Promenada in Floreasca City in Bucharest, Burg Forchtenstein Castle, the EGGER Office Building, the Cafeteria at the Cairo Boarding School, Heliopolis University and others.
In the years 2011-2020 he worked in the company e-Dome a.s. in the position of technical director. During these years, under his leadership, the company implemented several successful projects of energy performance contracts, especially in medical facilities with an investment volume exceeding 10 million Eur.
